It’s Fun to Get Fit

Back to the studio for the first time since March! 

 

I can't wait.  My in-person classes will be held at the North Woodside Community Centre in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.  Click through to the centre's website for registration and Covid-19 Participant Information.

 

All classes are multi-level and I welcome beginner through to advanced students, we all work together.  Any questions?  E-Mail Me and I'll do my best to answer!

Bellyfit

Bellyfit is the world's only standardized, holistic fusion of Fitness, Bellydance and Yoga exclusively for women of all ages and fitness levels. Please wear your favourite athletic shoes and workout clothing, and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.

LeBarre

Using the LeBert Equalizers as your own personal barre. LeBarre combines balance, agility and resistance training with Pilates for a cardio-based barre fitness workout. LeBarre is a barefoot fitness class-be prepared to work in your bare feet or grippy "yoga" socks. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
