Raise the Barre

Working at your own difficulty level at your own barre. This full body dance-inspired fitness class will help you squat, plie, lunge and cursty to increased muscular strenght and endurance, core strength, balance and flexibility. Raise the barre is a barefoot fitness class. Be prepared to work in your bare feet or grippy "yoga" socks. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.
